McCarthy Doubles Down, Falsely Accuses MTG Of Comparing Mask Mandates To Holocaust

In a new statement, Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) falsely accused Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) of comparing mask mandates and vaccine passports to the genocide of millions of Jews during the Holocaust.

Greene had actually compared mask mandates and vaccine passports to the gold star that the Nazi’s forced Jewish people to wear, explaining that it would “create discrimination against unvaxxed people who trust their immune systems to a virus that is 99% survivable.”

“The German government’s policy of forcing Jews to wear identifying badges was but one of many psychological tactics aimed at isolating and dehumanizing the Jews of Europe, directly marking them as being different (i.e., inferior) to everyone else. It allowed for the easier facilitation of their separation from society and subsequent ghettoization, which ultimately led to the deportation and murder of 6 million Jews. Those who failed or refused to wear the badge risked severe punishment, including death.”

Greene never compared mask mandates and vaccine passports to the killing of Jewish people during the Holocaust, but that did not stop McCarthy from issuing a statement falsely accusing her of doing so. “Marjorie is wrong, and her intentional decision to compare the horrors of the Holocaust with wearing masks is appalling. The Holocaust is the greatest atrocity committed in history. The fact that this needs to be stated today is deeply troubling,” wrote McCarthy in a statement.

However, Greene has been warning Americans that vaccine passports and mask mandates could lead to a authoritarian situation where Americans will be divided into two separate categories – vaccinated and unvaccinated, leaving those who refuse to take the experimental mRNA COVID-19 vaccine without education, work, or access to everyday American activities such as sporting events.

“Show your VAX papers or no in person class for you. This is exactly what I was saying about the gold star. This is disgusting,” tweeted Greene after it was reported that the University of Virginia banned unvaccinated students from participating in in-person classes and stepping foot on university grounds.

Greene has since accused critics of twisting her words, such as NBC and MSNBC political analyst Jake Sherman. “If you care about people NOT being discriminated against or being treated unequally then you would use your platform to be against vaccine passports. Instead you are all in for this sick Socialism just like good little state run media,” tweeted Greene to Sherman after the mainstream media analyst said her comments drove him “crazy.”

Globalist RINO neocon Ben Shapiro, who supports forced vaccination and seems to be more loyal to the interests of Israel than he is to the interests of the United States, decided to tune into the drama by calling Greene’s comments “demented nonsense.” Greene accused Shapiro of “feeding into the left wing media attacks” on her.

“It’s never been more important than now to stand up against forced vaccinations and mask mandates that the left is using to discriminate against Americans who refuse to comply,” tweeted Greene. “Their attempts to shame, ostracize, and brand Americans who choose not to get vaccinated or wear a mask are reminiscent of the great tyrants of history who did the same to those who would not comply.”

McCarthy’s decision to attack Greene, an America First firebrand, may not work out the way he thinks. The GOP leader, who plans to become the House Speaker in 2023, recently said “I don’t think anybody is questioning the legitimacy of the presidential election,” despite a majority of Republican voters believing that President Donald Trump actually won the 2020 presidential election, including Trump himself. McCarthy has also recently come under fire for living with Frank Luntz. “Mystery solved. Not only are they friends, they’re roommates! So now you know why they listen to Frank Luntz but they don’t listen to you,” said Tucker Carlson.
